§ The Minister of Agriculture (Sir Thomas Dugdale)Rations for poultry or pigs for severely disabled persons are in the nature of a personal issue to assist in their resettlement. But the widow of a disabled person is usually allowed to draw the same rations as long as her circumstances are unchanged.
