§ 28. Mr. Hector Hughesasked the Secretary of State for Scotland to make a comprehensive statement of the damage done by the recent great storm in the North-East of Scotland to life, limb and property on shore and at sea.

Mr. Woodburnasked the Secretary of State for Scotland to give a comprehensive account of the damage done to persons, property and boats in Scotland as a result of the recent storms; and what steps have been taken, and are to be taken, to give succour and eventual rehabilitation to the sufferers.
