Amendment made: In page 40, line 40. at end, insert: and 'undue preference' has the meaning assigned to it by section fifty-five of the Railway and Canal Traffic Act, 1888, that is to say, it includes an undue preference or an undue or unreasonable prejudice or disadvantage in any respect, in favour of or against any person or particular class of persons or any particular description of traffic."—[Mr. Lennox-Boyd.]
