Colonel ClarkeWill the Minister ensure that, in accordance with recommendations of the Ridley Report, when reviewing these tariffs the boards make certain that their charges are truly based on the costs of supply and are free from any form of restrictive covenant?
§ Mr. LloydThat is a matter which arises in other respects and, in regard to certain particulars, as I have said, the Electricity Boards accepted them on 5th January.
