§ Mr. Henderson StewartApart from two advisory bodies concerned with health services and technical education, the only advisory body which is specially concerned with the seven Highland counties is the Highlands Advisory Panel. Advice on particular matters affecting the Highlands is obtained also from bodies covering other areas. Advisory bodies are not, of course, concerned with the spending of money.
