I rise to ask your permission, Mr. Speaker, to move the Adjournment of the House under Standing Order No. 9 on a definite matter of urgent public importance, namely, The decision of Her Majesty's Government to depose the Kabaka of Buganda and to require him to leave its territory.

The pleasure of the House having been signified, the Motion stood over, under Standing Order No, 9, until Seven o'Clock this evening.
