Is he further aware that the Swansea local authority is anxious that the initiative which it took in acquiring this Estate and arranging for the Board of Trade to have it should not be nullified?
§ Mr. StraussMy right hon. Friend shares the hon. Member's desire that the excellent opportunities offered by this Estate should be used. The question of rent is quite separate.
