HC Deb 29 April 1953 vol 514 c2144
50. Sir E. Keeling

asked the Assistant Postmaster-General whether he will suggest to the Universal Postal Union an international arrangement whereby urgent letters for conveyance by air to another country may be handed in at an air terminal in the same way that urgent letters may be handed in at an air terminal for conveyance to another part of Great Britain.

Mr. Gammans

I am making inquiry into this matter, and will write to my hon. Friend shortly.

Sir E. Keeling

I am much obliged.
