Resolution reported,
That, for the purposes of any Act of the present Session to make provision for the re-organisation of University education in St. Andrews and Dundee, to amend the constitution of the University of St. Andrews, of University College, Dundee, and of other bodies or institutions concerned, and for purposes connected with the matters aforesaid, it is expedient to authorise the payment out of moneys provided by Parliament, to an amount approved by the Treasury of all expenses incurred in the execution of the said Act by the Commissioners appointed thereunder, including such remuneration as the Treasury may determine to be payable to persons employed by the said Commissioners.
