§ 3. Mr. Jannerasked the Minister of Fuel and Power how many domestic coal consumers' councils are now in existence.
§ Mr. Geoffrey LloydOne, Sir.
§ Mr. JannerIs the Minister aware of the very considerable number of complaints in Leicester and district and elsewhere not only about the quantity and quality but also about the price of coal? Does he not think it necessary to have local consumers' councils so that people have the opportunity of making their complaints and having them dealt with on the spot?
§ Mr. LloydAt present, my view is the same as that of my predecessor in thinking that it is not necessary.
