asked the Minister of Food the arrangements for the resumption of commercial trading in cereals and feedingstuffs.

My right hon. Friend the President of the Board of Trade has now issued a notice to importers setting out the arrangements for the private importation of cereals and animal feedingstuffs as from 1st May, 1953. A copy of the notice is in the Library.

Mr. Hurd

Would my right hon. and gallant Friend tell us when his Ministry will be out of the grain trade and when the whole trade will be in the hands of the commercial buyers?
