§ Mr. StewardIt is proposed to erect a frame tent, 380 ft. long and 25 ft. wide, on the terrace, running from the entrance to the Harcourt Room, to the fire hydrant beyond the Strangers' Bar, and to provide a buffet luncheon for approximately 2,500 persons, which will allow for three guests per Member. Breakfast will also be available for those who require it.
