HC Deb 18 November 1952 vol 507 c1594
Mr. Attlee

Has the Leader of the House any statement to make with regard to the alteration of business this week?

The Lord Privy Seal (Mr. Harry Crookshank)

As the Second Reading of the Expiring Laws Continuance Bill and the Committee stage of the necessary Money Resolution are being taken tonight, it will be too soon to take the Committee stage of the Bill tomorrow; otherwise the business tomorrow will be as already announced, except that the Second Reading of the Civil Contingencies Fund Bill and the Committee stage of the necessary Money Resolution will be taken instead of the Committee stage of this Bill.

Mr. Speaker

The Clerk will now proceed to read the Orders of the Day. Order. Mr. Macmillan.
