§ 28. Sir R. Aclandasked the Secretary of State for War whether he will cause an early inquiry to be held into explosions, details of which have been sent to him, caused in the course of military training in the Gravesend constituency; and whether he will order that the explosions cease until the result of the inquiry is known.
