§ Mr. Lennox-BoydThe Commission hope that the report will be available in the early part of July.
§ Mr. JonesIs it not a fact that the majority of the important figures relating to this Report are already in the hands of the right hon. Gentleman's Department? Is he holding them back for reasons of policy?
§ Mr. Lennox-BoydCertainly not. The usual practice in cases of this kind is to wait until the Commission has reported.
§ Lieut.-Colonel LiptonIs the holding back of this Report retarding a decision by the Minister in connection with the promised reduction of fares in the London area?
§ Mr. Lennox-BoydCertainly not. We hope that the Report can be published this year and that it will be available sooner than it has ever been published before.
§ Mr. Ernest DaviesWould it not be possible to publish a summary of the results before the full Report is out, which is the practice followed by large public companies?
