Mr. R. J. Mellish

I beg to ask leave to present a humble petition signed by 10,000 citizens of Bermondsey, in the county of London. They pray as follows: We, your petitioners, therefore humbly pray that Her Majesty's Government takes all steps necessary forthwith to secure the continuance of the policies laid down by the Labour Government in relation to social security, the National Health Service, educational development, housing and control of prices and profits, so as to secure fair shares for all, and your petitioners, as in duty bound, will ever pray.

To lie upon the Table.
