§ Mr. P. ThorneycroftNot yet, Sir. This matter and other matters are still under discussion with the Furniture Development Council and the industry. § Captain PilkingtonWhen does my right hon. Friend think he will be likely to make a further statement?
§ Mr. ThorneycroftI prefer not to say at the moment. I am in consultation with the industry.
§ Mr. C. W. GibsonBefore the right hon. Gentleman comes to a final conclusion will he make quite sure that he consults the trade unions in the industry?
§ Mr. C. J. M. AlportWhatever decision is reached as a result of his investigations, will my rght hon. Friend take care to ensure that nothing is done to undermine the standards of craftsman ship and workmanship in the industry?
