Gentleman aware that, last November, the secretary of the dock workers' union in Kenya wrote to the Government on this matter, and that he has not, up to this day, received any reply, although he has sent three further letters, and will the right hon. Gentleman inquire into the matter?
§ Mr. LytteltonThe hon. Member wrote to me on 17th March, and on receipt of his letter I took up the matter, but I have not yet had an answer.
