§ 43. Mr. W. J. Field
asked the Secretary of State for War the qualifications for receiving the Korean Campaign Medal.
§ Mr. Field
Is not the Minister aware of the great esteem in which this medal is held by its recipients and by the general public? Does he not think that it detracts from the value of the medal for it to be awarded to a goat? Will he not stop the practice of awarding medals of this character to animals, even though the animals are regimental mascots?
