§ Mr. LytteltonA chairman and 14 members, of whom three represent commerce, six agriculture and five the interests of employees. Members are selected by the Government on the advice of the Labour Commissioner.
§ Mr. WallaceDoes the right hon. Gentleman think that is an adequate representation of the employees?
§ Mr. LytteltonThe representation is, one African and one Indian employee; the assistant industrial relations officer, who is an African and deals with trade unions in the territory; Mr. Mattu, African member of the Legislative Council; and the Chief Native Commissioner. I think the answer to the hon. Gentleman's Question is, "Yes."
