§ Mr. EcclesA Resolution will shortly be laid before the House to consider an humble Address to Her Majesty praying for directions to erect the Memorial. I am glad to inform the House that Lord Harlech has agreed to preside over the Selection Committee and that the Leader of the Opposition and the Leader of the Liberal Party have also agreed to serve on this Committee.
