§ Miss HorsbrughI cannot think that in the four months that I have been Minister of Education there has been such an enormous number of circulars. There have been a few, and they have been so much discussed by hon. Members and by the Press that, I think, everyone must know some of the things that are in them; and I think that the hon. Gentleman is now finding some of the things that are not in them.
