§ The Prime MinisterThe recommendations to which the right hon. Gentleman refers have still to be considered by the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe at its next meeting. Meanwhile, it would not be appropriate for me to make any statement about the attitude of Her Majesty's Government.
