MacmillanThe bulletins do describe the areas in question so far as seems necessary to the understanding of the decisions; and I do not think that to go further, and give the names, would add anything very useful, while it might, in some cases, embarrass the parties. But if my hon. Friend thinks that the bulletins in their present form are not as useful as they might be, I will be glad to consider anything he has to suggest.
