§ Mr. GammansSubject to the paramount need for economy, my noble Friend proposes to continue to use films for training Post Office staff. Production of new films for this purpose will continue to be arranged through the Central Office of Information.
§ Mr. Gordon WalkerCan the hon. Gentleman say whether, by the decision to abolish the Crown Film Unit, the extent of this service will be reduced and whether any extra charges will fall on the Post Office?
§ Mr. GammansIt will have no effect at all on the extent to which the films will be used. So far as the cost is concerned, I hope it will be cheaper for the taxpayer.
