Resolved, That for the purposes of any Act of the present Session to encourage town development in county districts for the relief of congestion or over-population elsewhere, it is expedient to authorise payment out of moneys provided by Parliament—

  1. (a) of contributions towards expenses incurred by local authorities in relation to development in county districts undertaken primarily for the purpose of providing accommodation to relieve congestion or over-population elsewhere and carried out after the thirty-first day of July, nineteen hundred and fifty-one;
  2. (b) of any increase attributable to the provisions of the said Act in moneys so payable under any other Act.—[Mr. H. Macmillan.]
