46. Mr. Gough

asked the Prime Minister what arrangements are proposed to ensure that the British Legion and, in particular, the disabled, will be suitably represented in the Coronation procession; and if arrangements will be made for their massed standard bearers either to take part in the procession or to be assured of an honoured position near Westminster Abbey.

Arrangements are being made for representatives of the British Legion, including massed standard bearers, and of disabled former members,of the Forces to have special places on the processional route.

Moreover, it has already been announced that the Queen will hold a Review of ex-Service men and women on 5th July next year.

Does my right hon. Friend realise that the answer will give the very greatest satisfaction to all ex-Service,associations throughout the land?
