I believe it has always been the custom when a Department's Questions were interrupted at No. 45 that that Department went to the bottom of the list and the next Department took its place.
§ Mr. SpeakerAs far as my recollection goes, when Questions to a particular Department have been interrupted by Questions to the Prime Minister, they have carried on afterwards.
