§ Miss HorsbrughAt present, four of His Majesty's inspectors are almost wholly concerned with inspecting schools and other educational establishments, including the Youth Service, in Liverpool, and 12 others, who have substantial commitments outside Liverpool, are responsible for inspection in some establishments. In January, 1938, six were working nearly whole-time in Liverpool and two others for most of their time.
