HC Deb 28 November 1951 vol 494 c1488
5. Mr. Cledwyn Hughes

asked the Under-Secretary of State for Air what consideration has been given to the existing air facilities in the county of Anglesey in the extension of the Royal Air Force; and if he will make a statement.

Mr. Birch

The air facilities in the county of Anglesey consist at present of the airfields at Valley and Mona. These are used for flying training, and it is intended to increase this use in the near future.
