§ 58. Mr. Gowerasked the Minister of Defence whether he will make some concession to the parents of serving officers and men in Korea and Malaya in view of the high charges for parcels and papers.
§ The Prime MinisterI would refer my hon. Friend to the statement made during the debate on the Adjournment last Thursday by my hon. Friend the Financial Secretary to the War Office, from which he will see that substantial concessions are already in operation for postage rates to the Forces overseas.
