Briggs conducts his correspondence regarding the private enterprise companies with which he is connected on Ministry writing paper and in official franked envelopes in contravention of Departmental regulations; and if he will take disciplinary action in the matter.
§ Mr. SandysI agree with my hon. Friend that it is improper for official notepaper or franked envelopes to be used for private correspondence. I understand that it was due to an oversight, and that steps are being taken to ensure that it will not occur again.
