asked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs if he is able to inform the House of the present whereabouts of Mr. Maclean and Mr. Burgess; and what steps are being taken to repatriate them.

I have no information about the present whereabouts of Mr. Maclean and Mr. Burgess. The second part of the Question does not therefore arise.

Is the right hon. Gentleman making further inquiries?
