§ Mr. SandysI beg to move,
That an humble Address be presented to His Majesty under sub-paragraph (3) of paragraph 4 of the First Schedule to the Registered Designs Act, 1949, praying that the Registered Designs (Extension of Period of Emergency) Order, 1951, be made in the form of the draft laid before this House on 6th November.This Motion applies to registered designs. We are asking for these powers for exactly the same reason as those I explained to the House on the previous Motion.
