§ The Minister of State for Colonial Affairs (Mr. John Dugdale)As regards a customs union I would refer my hon. Friend to the reply which I gave him on 14th February. The report has not yet been discussed by any of the British Caribbean legislatures. As regards federation, I would refer to the answer which I gave my hon. Friend the Member for Accrington (Mr. H. Hynd) on 14th March. The position is unchanged.
