§ Mr. MarquandThe liability to meet the charge for emergency treatment under Section 16 of the Road Traffic Act, 1934, is upon the person using the vehicle at the time of the accident.
§ Mr. FraserAs all people subscribe to the National Health Service today, and anticipate a free service, is it not time this Section of the 1934 Act was repealed?
§ Mr. MarquandThe National Health Service Act expressly states that this Section should continue in operation.
