§ Mr. StokesOne of the conditions of sale printed on the South Bank Exhibition advance tickets is that no money will be refunded. This is normal practice. I think the rule must continue to apply to organised parties as well as to individual 215 purchasers. But every rule has its exceptions, and the Festival Office are prepared to consider applications for refunds in cases of special difficulty or hardship.
