§ Sir H. ShawcrossI am aware of the practice to which the hon. Member refers. My hon. Friend the Parliamentary Secretary discussed the matter with representatives of the converters on Monday last, and is arranging for it to be considered shortly by the cotton and rayon utility scheme committees.
