Lords Amendment: In page 26, line 18, after "corporate" insert: or any person who was purporting to act in any such capacity.

This is now by way of being a standard subsection, having already appeared in three Bills. All I want to do is to draw the attention of the Government to the desirability of seeing that in all the Bills concerned this subsection should reach the Statute Book in the same form.
