§ Mr. BraineSince the revival of this Regiment, which served with great distinction in the past, will be generally approved of in the West Indies, and will make a substantial contribution to Commonwealth defence, can the Under-Secretary tell us what are the reasons for the continued delay in getting a decision in this matter?
