asked the Prime Minister whether a decision has yet been reached as to the composition and terms of reference of the Royal Commission to consider the marriage laws.

asked the Prime Minister whether the Royal Commission to investigate the marriage laws has now been appointed.

The composition and terms of reference of the proposed Royal Commission on Marriage and Divorce have not yet been finally decided, but I hope to be in a position to announce them shortly.
