asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department what steps are being taken to provide

of the information they record. Practical demonstrations, using radio-active sources, form a part of this instruction.

That sounds very complicated. Would it not be better to issue a book in very simple language which the public would understand and which would be available to everybody?

Mr. de Freitas

If the hon. and gallant Member studies the atomic manual published last year by the Home Office I think he will find that it is simple and that it does cover this matter. It is issued to the public in hundreds of thousands.
