14. Lieut.-Commander Clark Hutchisonasked the Parliamentary Secretary to the Admiralty if he is now in a position to make a statement regarding the sale of duty-free cigarettes and tobacco to the personnel of Royal Naval Air Stations.
§ Mr. CallaghanI am glad to say that naval personnel at all R.N. air stations will be able to have an allowance of duty-free tobacco (including cigarettes) by the middle of this year at the latest.
