Captain Ryderasked the Secretary of State for War if he is aware that in His Majesty's Stationery Office pamphlet, Pay in the Regular Army, under the title, Marriage Allowance, the reference to an additional 5s. children's allowance is misleading, as this allowance is not, in fact, additional to the normal statutory allowance; and if he will make this clear in future editions.
