§ Mr. WebbYes, Sir, and a reply has been sent to the Federation. I regret the necessity for the recent increase in the prices of oils and fats to trade users, but this did no more than allow for the extra cost to my Department. The new prices are still well below present world market prices and compare very favourably with those of uncontrolled cooking oils.
