§ Mr. BingI beg to give notice that on Friday, 2nd March, I shall call attention to the need for amending the 406 Government of Ireland Act, 1920, so as to make further provision for preventing religious discrimination and for the securing of free elections, a universal franchise, and civil liberty in Northern Ireland, and move a Resolution.
