Is the Prime Minister aware that there is grave dissatisfaction in Wales about the different legal status given to the Welsh Board of Health as compared with that of the Ministry of Health in London, because it is felt in Wales that the same legal status should be given to the Welsh Board of Health and Local Government as is given to the Ministry in England?
