§ 5. Mr. Boyd-Carpenterasked the Minister of Health whether his Department has yet received a reply from the Durham County Council to their letter of 17th November, 1950, on the subject of that county council's intention to make trade union membership a condition of employment in the health services controlled by that council; and whether he will publish in the OFFICIAL REPORT the terms of any reply received by him.
