asked the Minister of Agriculture if he has yet received the report of the Ryan Committee, which inquired into the organisation of his Department in relation to the county agricultural executive committees; and when this will be published.

Mr. T. Williams

No, Sir. I understand it is to be submitted in about three weeks' time. I will consider the question of publishing the report when I have had an opportunity of studying it.

Mr. Hurd

Would not the right hon. Gentleman agree that there can be no doubt about allowing the House to be informed of the recommendation of the Ryan Committee, as the recommendation arose from criticism in this House?

Mr. Williams

There can be some doubt.
