May I ask my right hon. Friend if he is of opinion that even this modest sum is justified when it involves the distribution of a largely useless publication to a number of manufacturers who can make no use of it?

I think that this publication does, in fact, serve a useful purpose, but the whole of our overseas information expenditure is, of course, under review.
